Purpose and legal basis

We process the name, company, email address, optional phone number and message provided through the form or correspondence to answer an enquiry, prepare a proposal, take steps before entering into a contract and maintain business communication. The legal basis is action requested before a contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and protecting claims.

Contact form and security

Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry. The form uses technical anti-spam controls: a hidden control field, a minimum completion time and submission limits. You can also email sales@dcservice.pl directly.

Recipients and retention

Data may be processed by hosting, email and IT providers that support the secure operation of the website and correspondence. We do not sell personal data. We retain enquiries only as long as required for communication, legal obligations and the protection of claims.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Website storage and analytics

The site stores the selected colour mode and analytics choice in the browser. Google Analytics starts only after explicit consent. Refusing analytics does not limit access to the website or contact form. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer or clear it in your browser’s site-data settings.
