We have many kinds of maintenance contracts where restrictions both in terms of the timeframe and the quality of the maintenance services within production plants are required. Therefore, every contract is negotiated individually according to the full support needs and requirements in the following areas:

The performance of repairs under warranty within a timeframe of up to 12h from the moment of reporting or the most commonly selected option of 24/48h repairs

Non-standard maintenance services during specific downtime – repairs, inspections and expansion takes place during this time after arranging the assumptions and solutions with the Client in advance. Clients often have a set maintenance window where system and infrastructure modifications can be carried out. Therefore, we craft the objective and assumptions together with the Client in order to prepare, perform and complete the service in due time.
